Redefining Busy was born from my own journey of stepping off autopilot and choosing to live with more presence, clarity, and intention. Not by doing less for the sake of it, but by becoming more honest about what truly mattered.
That’s why I started the Redefining Busy community.

This work is grounded in lived experience, thoughtful inquiry, and compassionate support. I draw from my own journey, philosophical and spiritual study, and professional coaching to offer care that feels realistic, human, and deeply respectful of where you are. Change is not always easy. It can feel uncomfortable and uncertain. And it is also how we grow closer to ourselves. When we work together, we focus on tending to the whole person. Mind, body and emotional wellbeing are not separate. They inform one another.

With practical tools and steady support, we gently loosen the patterns that keep you stuck in busyness, fear, self-doubt and anxiety. This is not about doing more. It's about staying present and living with intention. And remembering that YOUR life gets to feel like it belongs to YOU!
